Terms of Service
Wedo Pro Cleaning

Welcome to Wedo Pro Cleaning. By scheduling or receiving services from Wedo Pro Cleaning (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you (“Client”) agree to the following Terms of Service.
1. Services

Services will be provided as outlined in the approved quote, service agreement, or invoice.

Additional services requested beyond the agreed scope may result in extra charges.

We reserve the right to adjust pricing if the condition of the property materially differs from what was represented at the time of booking.
2. Payment Terms
Payment Due
-
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.

For recurring services, Client authorizes Wedo Pro Cleaning to charge the payment method on file on the date of service.

Clients agree to maintain a valid payment method on file for recurring services.
Late Payments
-
Payment is past due if not received within 24 hours of service completion.
-
A one-time late fee of $25 will be applied to unpaid balances after 24 hours.

Any balance remaining unpaid after 15 days may accrue interest at 1.5% per month (18% annually), or the maximum rate permitted under Texas law, whichever is less.

Services may be suspended for accounts more than 30 days past due.
-
If referred to collections or legal proceedings, Client agrees to pay reasonable collection costs, court costs, and attorney’s fees as allowed by Texas law.
Deposits
-
For first-time services, deep cleanings, or large projects, a deposit of up to 50% of the estimated service total may be required.

Deposits are non-refundable if cancellation occurs with less than 72 hours’ notice.

Deposits may be applied to a rescheduled service if notice is provided at least 48 hours in advance.
- Failure to reschedule within thirty (30) days will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We require 72 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a standard appointment.
-
Cancellations made with less than 72 hours’ notice may be subject to a fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service cost.

If we are unable to access the property at the scheduled time, a lockout fee may apply.
4. Access to Property

Client agrees to provide safe and reasonable access to the property, including running water and electricity.

We are not responsible for incomplete services due to lack of access or unavailable utilities.
5. Satisfaction Guarantee
-
Clients must report any service concerns within 24 hours of service completion.
-
We will make reasonable efforts to return and address reported concerns.
-
Refunds, if issued, are at our discretion and limited to the amount paid for the affected service.
6. Limitations of Liability
Wedo Pro Cleaning is insured; however, Client acknowledges and agrees to the following limitations:

Valuables: We are not liable for damage to items that are fragile, delicate, or improperly secured. Clients should inform us of high-value or delicate items and secure or remove significant valuables from areas to be cleaned.

Pre-existing Conditions: We are not responsible for damage resulting from pre-existing wear and tear, improper installation, or other property conditions (e.g., loose tiles, cracked surfaces, broken blinds, or unstable furniture).

Third-Party Damage: We are not liable for damage caused by third-party service providers, contractors, or repairs performed before or after our cleaning services.

Acts of Nature: We are not responsible for damage or issues resulting from natural disasters, severe weather, or other events beyond our reasonable control.

Items Left Out: We are not liable for damage to items left out in areas scheduled to be cleaned, including electronics, artwork, decorations, or personal belongings.

General Limitation: Liability, if established, is limited to the amount paid for the affected service. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
7. Exclusivity of Service

Non-Solicitation Agreement: Clients agree not to solicit, directly or indirectly, nor hire any current or former employee of Wedo Pro Cleaning LLC who has provided services to their home, without compensation arranged through the Company. This ensures professional standards.

Breach of Agreement: Violation of this non-solicitation policy will result in a $2,000 fee as compensation for disruption to our business operations.
8. Safety & Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if conditions are unsafe, hazardous, or unsanitary beyond the normal scope of cleaning.

Examples include:

Aggressive animals
-
Pest infestations
-
Biohazards
-
Hazardous chemicals
-
Unsafe structural conditions
-
9. Recurring Service Rate Adjustments

We reserve the right to adjust recurring service pricing with at least 30 days’ notice.
10. Governing Law
-
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
-
Any disputes shall be resolved in Collin County, Texas.
11. Changes to Terms
-
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time.
-
Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
