WeDo  Pro Cleaning – Terms of Service

  • 1. Payment Policies
    • Accepted Payment Methods: We accept all major credit/debit cards, online payments, and electronic transfers. Payment is due upon the completion of services, unless otherwise stated in a prior written agreement.
    •  Late Payment Fees: Payments are due within 24 hours of service completion. If payment is not received within this time, a late fee of $25 will apply, and an additional $10 fee may accrue for each day of delay. Unpaid balances over 30 days may be sent to collections, and the client will be responsible for any associated collection fees.
    • Deposits: For first-time clients or large-scale cleaning tasks, a deposit of up to 50% may be required to secure the booking. Deposits are non-refundable but may be applied to rescheduled services if changes are made with at least 48 hours notice.
  • 2. Quotes and Pricing
    • Free Quotes: We offer complimentary quotes to help you make an informed decision. Quotes are based on the information provided by the client and may be adjusted if additional work is needed.
    • Transparent Pricing: Our quotes include all associated fees to prevent any surprises. Additional services outside the original scope may incur an extra charge, which will be communicated and require approval prior to service.
    • Discounts and Promotions: We may run seasonal promotions to provide affordable cleaning options. Discounts cannot be combined with other offers, are non-transferable, and may be subject to terms and expiration dates. Promotional discounts may be applied to regular pricing only.
  • 3. Scheduling and Cancellations
    • Flexible Scheduling: We offer convenient booking options online and via phone, accommodating your schedule as best as possible.
    • Cancellations and Rescheduling: We require a minimum of 24 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests. Notice given on weekends will be processed on the next business day. Cancellations received with less than 24 hours notice will incur a fee of 50% of the scheduled service cost.
    • No-Show Policy: If our cleaning team arrives and is unable to access the property, the service will be considered canceled, and a $45 fee up to 50% of the scheduled service cost will apply. To avoid this, please ensure property access is arranged in advance.
  • 4. Limits of Liability
    • Valuables: We are not liable for damage to items that are fragile or improperly secured. Clients should inform us of high-value or delicate items prior to cleaning and secure or remove any significant valuables from areas to be cleaned.
    • Pre-existing Conditions: We are not responsible for damage resulting from pre-existing wear and tear, improper installation, or other property conditions, such as loose tiles, cracked surfaces, broken blinds, or unstable furniture.
    • Third-Party Damage: We are not liable for any damage caused by third-party service providers or repairs made before or after our cleaning service.
    • Acts of Nature: We are not responsible for any damage or issues resulting from natural disasters, severe weather, or other events beyond our control.
    • Items Left Out: We are not liable for damage to items left out in areas scheduled to be cleaned, including but not limited to electronics, artwork, or decorations.
  • 5. Exclusivity of Service
    • Non-Solicitation Agreement: By accepting our services, clients agree not to solicit, directly or indirectly, nor hire any current or former employee of WeDo Pro Cleaning LLC who has provided services to their home, without compensation arranged through us. This ensures the professional standards our clients expect.
    • Breach of Agreement: Violation of this non-solicitation policy will result in a $2,000 fee as compensation for the disruption to our business operations.
  • 6. Service Modifications
    • Service Modifications: We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services, packages, and policies at any time. Clients will be notified of changes in advance if services are already booked.
  • 7. Individual Cleaning Options
    • We prioritize in providing comprehensive cleaning services to ensure your home or commercial space is thoroughly cleaned to our highest standards. As such, we do not offer à la carte cleaning services. Our focus is on delivering full-house cleanings to maintain consistency, quality, and satisfaction in every service we provide.
